Good, you're finally here ███████. Let me brief you in.
Our agents intercepted a message sent by Dr. Werybad to someone we believe to be working for them.
We have reason to believe our target has boarded a plane from Asia to Helsinki. The only additional piece of reliable information we have is that they should be here before 5 AM.
Your first mission is to find out the AITA code of where they originally boarded the plane, the flight number and their time of actual arrival.

Well done! Your submission came in clutch because we had just enough time to figure out where they went afterwards.. well, sort of.
We know they took a cab from the airport and drove all the way to Töölö in Helsinki but our agents got cut off and lost sight of the target.
Fortunately, ███ was able to capture a photo near the place we believe our target left the cab. This is supported by the evidence, that the cab was spotted by ███ again just moments later without a passenger.
You'll need to figure if there are any hotels nearby that our target could be staying at.
Excellent! Our agents were able to confirm that the target is staying at the location.
The room was dead silent right up until they started watching TV. Oddly enough it seems they could not resist the urge to watch the Olympic games.
The target then bolted out of the room and left the building running.
Our agents managed to open the room door and they found some sort of a message on a crumpled piece of paper:

Are you able to make any sense of that? If there are any secret codes or passwords, crack them!

I knew we could count on you. Your breakthrough led our agents to the correct location. After a bit of searching they finally found a box requiring a pin code that you already provided as well.
The box contains an old Nokia phone, model 3310. The inside wall contains a long string of numbers:
